2021 Campaign
Our inaugural 2021 Alberta Mentally Strong campaign reached over 11,000 people and gained nearly 200 responses as well as increased awareness and $1400 in financial support for 8 Alberta charitable organizations:

While the numbers are not very big at this first go-around, it is a significant first step towards bringing more Albertans together for meaningful conversations and actions to build mental resiliency in times of difficulty. We look forward to increasing our results and community engagement year after year.

2022 Campaign
Our second annual 2022 Alberta Mentally Strong campaign increased awareness and raised $1700 in financial support for the Canadian Mental Health Association's Alberta branch (CMHA Alberta).
We are elated to have received an outpouring of support for our 2022 campaign this past year to assist in CMHA Alberta's efforts to provide free mental health resources to those who need it most. Considering that 2022 was yet another challenging year for Albertans, we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to inspire conversations about what "mentally strong" truly means. Heading into 2023, we are ready to raise even more support for a charitable organization that is raising the bar in its services for Albertans' mental health.

Canadian Mental Health Association - Alberta
For more than 65 years, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Alberta Division has focused on recovery and support for Albertans impacted by mental illness and those who care for them. CMHA stands with Albertans in their communities to achieve better mental health. CMHA works to increase and enhance individuals’, groups’ and communities’ pursuit of better mental health.
CMHA Alberta helps support Albertans’ mental health with compassionate support, responsible care and accessible resources with over 100 unique service programs. Service programs offered by CMHA Alberta include crisis intervention, family support, and specialized mental health programs for youth, post-secondary students, those who live in rural communities and more
